How do you say "when I tell them"

I am putting a sentence together for the word of the day and need to know how to say "when I tell them" The sentence starts "Nobody believes me" - I found out that this is "Nadie me cree" cuando etc

I know this sounds basic but I haven't got this far in grammar. (or I need to revise stuff I did yonks ago).

You should provide more context because this could also be spoken in subjunctive depending on the nuance you want.

Also, what does "yonks" mean?

Gracias. Yonks is slang and it is commonly used in Australia to mean "for ages' or "for a long time". - 00a50c57, Dec 5, 2012
Thanks for your explanation. I will have to learn the subjunctive soon. - 00a50c57, Dec 5, 2012
From "nadie me cree cuando" it seemed well enough certain to be a reality needing the indicative. - QFour, Dec 5, 2012
For good or bad, "yonks" has spread way beyond the Land of Oz. I might translate it into "real" English as "since God knows when".lol - geofc, Dec 5, 2012

de nada... hey, you can also use www.linguee.com to fill in your sentences until you get used to it. - QFour, Dec 5, 2012
You'll provide the context needed to show the corrector if subjuntive is needed or not, but you have your answer at it's base. - QFour, Dec 5, 2012
Gracias. Miraré al website linguee. - 00a50c57, Dec 5, 2012

You can also say: No me cree nadie.

JulianChivi is right. Sometimes you might need to say: Cuando les diga... (subjunctive) though I cannot think of an example right now. No puedo pensar de un ejemplo ahorita.
