What would you call these in Spanish?

I have been trying to figure out what to call these in Spanish, but I can't think of a good way to look it up. Could you please tell me what these would be called in Spanish? Thank you

And then what would you call a long sleeved tshirt?

It's una playera estilo Polo.

And a camiseta is a T-shirt/undershirt.

Camisa is a button up shirt

Camisa is a general term for "shirt". In most places, "camiseta" would be taken as a "t-shirt", although many places in Mexico, that would be "una playera". The shirt you diagramed might be called a "polo", but again, these things can be pretty regional. A long sleeved shirt would be "Camisa de manga larga".

It's a mix and match and you can specify the collar type, the sleeve length and the degree of formality by choosing the words and phrases used above.

Tim - here's the RAE definition of a remera and I can't say I know where or how you'd wear it.
