Yo he escuchado usar los términos "estatus migratorio" y "situación migratoria" para referirse a eso.

Where does the term "Immigration Status" come from in English? I can't find it in the US Citizenship and Immigration Services site because, in their eyes, each immigrant is referred to as a "case". As a result they appear to use only "Case Status". I used to look up mine more or less monthly for an amazingly long time!

If you're talking about what only you call "immigration status" then obviously it's no use looking for an "official" translation.
