Talk to us some more. Is your Spanish man Spanish or Latin American? Is he talking to you in English or in Spanish? What is your level of understanding Spanish or English? Do you mean "sweet mama" or maybe "una mamá dulce"?
Like Q4, I think it's most likely endearment but it would be easier to know what it's about with some more background.
