Similar to Gofc, I found this on Word Reference....

Comer poco o nada cuando tienes fiebre. Comer (mucho) cuando estás resfriado.

Yes, I looked earlier, this seems the most used option. Unfofortunatly I have a temperature and feel rather ill so I will leave it at that. - annierats, Nov 23, 2012

In the absence of a corresponding Spanish saying ("dicho"), there must be hundreds of ways to say this. Let's try.

"Para un resfrio dale comida, para una fiebre, quitale comida."

There's got to be better but this may get it started. Ojala.
