Use of the Subjunctive

Is the subjunctive used when the verb of emotion is followed by a partial change of subject. For example: "¿Deseas que vamos / vayamos esta semana?" In this case, the second verb includes the person addressed plus the questioner. Thanks

¿Deseas que vayamos? is the preferred choice here. So, you do need the subjunctive.
