Si tuviera que preparar un postre, prepararía una tarta de chocolate y mantequilla de cacahuate porque es mi favorito.
If I had to prepare a dessert, I would prepare a chocolate and peanut butter tart because it's my favorite.
SI tuviera que trasladarme a un país como la India, donde no son raros los matrimonios arreglados, no llevaría a mis hijas. Las dejaría internas en un colegio privado o a cargo de mis hermanos o hermanas para que se ocupen de ellas hasta que termine la asignación.
If I had to move to a country like India, where arranged marriages are the norm, I would not take my daughters with me. I would either leave them in a boarding school back home or with one of my siblings to take care of until my assignment was over.

I would make a fruit tart. Even in winter these are appropriate.
