Are these two sentences correct?

Me he gustado más las personas de República Dominicana, quienes son muy simpáticos y divertidos.

Fui a otra país latinoamericano, Argentina. (Do I need a "que es" in there?)

In my opinion, these sentences that you have written sound a little odd, but I can still understand them.

1). For the first one, I would say "Prefiero más ... " instead of using the verb "gustar". If you want to keep the gustar, that's fine, but I would re-word the second half of the sentence; also, you have conjugated "haber" incorrectly. Just as you would say "me gusta xxx" (meaning 'xxx is pleasing to me'), haber needs to be in the 3rd person, and, since you are talking about people (plural), haber needs to be conjugated to 'han'. Therefore: "Me han gustado más las personas de la República Dominicana". For the last part, I would say "porque son muy simpáticas y divertidas", but as far as the grammar is concerned, "quienes son" works as well.

2). Firstly, 'latinamericano' should be changed to 'latinoamericana' because 'país' is a feminine noun. If you would like, you can use 'cual es' (meaning 'which is' as opposed to 'que es' which means 'that is'; 'cual' is just more specific), but you would first need to rearrange your sentence. Try this: "Fui a Argentina, cual es otra país latinoamericana."

I would say: Me agradan más las personas de República Dominicana por que son muy simpáticas y divertidas. Or if you are learning spanish from Spain: Me han gustado más las personas de República Dominicana por que son muy simpáticas y divertidas.

For the second one: Fui a otra país latinoamericano, Argentina. (Do I need a "que es" in there?)

I would say: Fui a otro país latinoamericano, Argentina. Or maybe: Fui a Argentina, otro país latinoamericano.

You don´t need to use "que es" because it's implicit by using "," and the intonation while you're pronouncing the sentence. But you can use it if you want, both are correct.

Las personas de Republica Dominicana me cayeron muy bien por que son muy simpaticos y divertidos.

Las personas de Republica Dominicana me cayeron MAS bien que las personas de Argentina (for example) por que son mas (more) amables y divertidos

(MAS is used to make a comparision)

Tambien fui a Argentina (more simple)
