Proveer or Proveerle? confused

Hola, I am updating a translation that was done some time ago and I am having issues with the word "proveer". I am replacing the word proporcionarle for proveer but I think I am using the wrong conjugate for it. I am not sure it sounds right.

Proveerle educación para la salud, tal como: • Como usar el nebulizador • Como organizar y tomar los medicamentos

Also, can I use "como" twice?

If you say tal como, you don't need to say it anymore, and for the instructions use nouns over verbs:

Proveer educación para la salud, tal como:

Uso del nebulizador

Organización y dosificación de los medicamentos

The use of "le" depends on what you are saying, if you are only going to use the phrase you posted here, then le isn't necessary, but if there's a broader context to it then:

Deberes de los profesionales de la salud hacia el paciente:

Proveerle....
