I presume that you don't mean "map" as a verb but that you are looking for a map as an object. A couple of extra words in your question would make this clearer just as a "please" would make it more acceptable to the unpaid helpers whom you are asking to do your homework for you.

"map from school to my house" is literally translated into "mapa de la escuela a mi casa."
