Why "el aqua"?
I would like to know why is "el aqua" not "la aqua"?

Please do a search for 'el agua' in the Q&A section and you'll find one or 200 of the same question along with the answer.

I find explanation why sometimes before feminine nouns we use "un" ("el") in Spanish. There is a rule. It is always when noun starts from accented vovel "a" (or ha). If nouns are plural we use "las" before them.
- un acta
- un alma
- un hacha
- un águila
If I'm not right please correct me. I'm begginer. Maybe it will helps other who will has the same problem which I had.
