Subjunctive Stem Changers
Is there a pattern to subjunctive stem changers? Like my teacher said for -ar stem changers it maintains the "boot" pattern so it changes in everything but nosotros and vosotros. For -ir though, according to the conjugator dormir conjugates as durmamos in the nosotros form. So is there a pattern in -ir stem changers in the subjunctive?

The o->ue present tense "-ir" verbs act like this in the nosotros form to avoid an awkward pronunciation.
The two most common verbs that act like this are: morir and dormir.
Ojalá que durmamos pronto! (Instead of dormamos which sounds weird)
Espero que nos muramos. (Instead of moramos which also sounds weird.)
