Hello. I don't think one can use"adquisitivo" like that. In Spanish it means "que sirve para adquirir algo", like in "poder adquisitivo" - comunacho, Nov 4, 2012

That's right, in Spanish "poder adquisitivo" means "purcasing power". "Acquisitive" (someone who wants many things) is "codicioso/a" - comunacho, Nov 4, 2012
