Fall Back/Time Change

How do you say "Don't forget to set your clocks back one hour tonight! Fall back!"? I put it in Spanishdict's translator and this is what I got: "No te olvides de ajustar el reloj una hora esta noche! Vuelven a caer!". The last part seems especially wrong to me. ¡Gracias!

No se olviden de atrasar sus relojes una hora esta noche (No translation for Fall Back). You can say: En otoño se atrasa el reloj una hora y en primavera se adelanta una hora.
