Oven is called "el horno." Not sure what you exactly mean by this question, however when I was in high school my spanish 2 teacher gave us a test grade by giving each of us a recipe in spanish that we had to follow exactly. This particular cookbook assumed the cook knew what they were doing so the measurements were something like "una copa the vino de" so that would be the equivalent of 6 ounces. I haven't played around with a lot of spanish cookbooks, but I'm tempted to. Good luck.
