Caminar con apoyo completo de extremidad inferior operada, con ayuda de dos bastones ortopéedicos por una semana.

Can someone give me the exact translation of the first part of this instruction for 'reposo'?

I didn't understand completely the translator's explanation. Does this mean "full weight"? and what is the 'inferior extremidad operada'?

"Walk with complete support of.....________________, with help of 2 orthopedic crutches for a week.

I think it means... Walk standing on the operated leg with the help of two orthopedic crutches for a week.

Apoyar el pie means to stand on your foot. Apoyar la pierna (extremidad inferior) means to stand on your leg.

extremidad inferior .. lower extremity or limb (leg).

I hope this helps!
