Exactamente, como dice Mariana. Un piso (un apartamento), Un chalet (adosado) means an attached townhome or home. Un chalet sin adosar, or simply, un chalet, is an unattached townhome or home.

In Spain (and possibly England) a "piso" is a flat / apartment. A "chalet" is more of an unattached house or duplex.
