Very good track, Wisin y Yandel definently are "los líderes". "Bailando pegao" is describing a "bump & grind" motion as we call it here in the U.S. but literally means, "dancing tightly". kib did a great job of explaining "pegao" is actually "pegado".

It is a contaction used in south america of " pegado ". Often used in this kind of music making reference in a dance, when the boy is " pegao" to the girl. Sorry my english is not to good, correct it please. Hope this helps
