Is there a different meaning to me pone mal other than makes me ill.

That roughly translates as "her swing drives me crazy" or "her swaying mesmerises me"; movimiento refers to the way she moves her body when dacing. Alternative words are contoneo or meneo

Can you provide more context? What is that "movimiento"?
I would say that its refers to her feelings so It would be "makes me sad" or "puts me in a bad mood"
Also I think the sentence in spanish is a bit off:
"Con ese movimiento me pones mal" because someone else does the action.
