Hi, and welcome to the forum!
I'm guessing you mean you want help to learn Spanish? Well, you're in the right place to get started, as this site is brilliant and has everything from free lessons and flashcards to online translators. Plus there are hundreds of users here who are only happy to answer any questions you have.
I'd start with the free lessons - they're not too difficult, and Paralee's a great teacher.
