You're doing well, remember to always cojugate the reflexive verb with its corresponding obejct pronoun, try:
Mi mamá se enoja porque no queremos dormirnos/leventarnos temprano.
La profesora se enoja con nosotros cuando no nos acordamos de los verbos.
Mi hermano se cepilla los dientes cuando se levanta.
Mis amigas y yo nos quedamos estudiando en la biblioteca por la noche y por la mañana yo me levanto muy cansada.
Ok let's take a look at the first one, probably the best place to start is to translate it to English so you know what you're saying:
1.My Mum _________ because we don't want to __________ early.
and you have
My Mum wants us to stay because we don't want to get up early.
Could you think of a sentence that makes more sense?
Your instructions say that you can use a verb more than once ....
How about - My Mum gets angry because we don't want to get up early.
And don't forget that 'to get up' is reflexive too so you would need to say 'nos' levantamos.
For your second one you have:
2.The teacher I get angry ...... make sure that your enojarse matches the person whom you're talking about - at the moment it's conjugated in the 'yo' (I) form but it needs to be in the 'ella' (she/the teacher) form.
3.The third one uses the present progressive 'va a dormirse' but the teacher is probably just looking for the present tense of dormirs without the 'va a' - why not try that?
4.For the fourth one you've done the opposite, you have 'se' two times when there should only be one reflexive pronoun and if it's 'yo' it won't be 'se', it'll be .....??? You tell me jeje (smiley)
