Many changes were made in January to improve the SpanishDict experience for all members. One of them was to appoint new moderators from a list of qualified candidates. Heidi was not one of the people chosen by the Admin or her peers to be a moderator for the new SD site.

In addition to Chris and Martha (the founders of the site) We now have a fantastic group of moderators who are committed to making SD a great place to learn Spanish and become part of the SD Community, including.... Mariana (me), Rac1, DJ, Bandit, and Nikki.

In addition to the moderators, we have some amazing contributors to the site....Ian Hill, Ray, Francobollo, Kiwi, Cordobesa, Annie(rats), Julian, Don Jose, Tosh, Viejito, Zhmelissa, Joyce, Katy, Marijke ...and on and on......

Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem with anybody, I just want to put a little balance into this thread. By the way, Cordobesa is brilliant - I must confess to having a little sneaky peak at her wotd sentences from time to time

We have had some fantastic members on SD.

Some are no longer active which in the main is a shame - but others have come to the fore.

We all know who they are and many thanks to them.

Things never stay the same. Such is life.

Some times a bowl of cherries some times a bowl of something else just as good.
