I thought that 'que rico' and 'que riquísimo' meant - mmm that food is delicious. Somebody pointed out to me today that as it's refering to 'comida' ie. feminine - it should therefore be 'que rica' or 'que riquísima'. I'm sure they're wrong! But in principle, they're correct. Over to you muchachos...

Or it could be referring to "el plato".
