Hola,
I have a question regarding which of the following sentences is grammatically correct...
" Yo todavía no levantarme." o "Yo todavía no me levanto."
Which one is correct?

"Yo todavía no me levanto" is correct because since that is the only verb in your sentence it needs to be conjugated.

Even though this is correct, "yo" should not be used. Not only does the conjugation of "levantar" identify the subject, but "me" re-enforces the subject identification.

In this case I agree, but a more natural sentence structure placing emphasis on "yo" would be "Todavía no me levanto yo." (Por lo menos en el DF se habla así. A ver si estás de acuerdo) - 005faa61, Oct 14, 2012
