Native Term - To get to someone

I need a translation of the idea.

  • For instance, I talked to my brother for 2 hours, until his negativity started getting to me.

  • I couldn´t stay at my moms for very long. Her nagging was getting to me.

  • I tried to fix the car but after 2 hours it started getting to me and i had to quit.

Native Term - To get to someone

........me empezó a chocar

.......me empezó a caer gordo

These are idoms just as the English versions

........ me empezó a molestar (not an idiom)

Hablé con mi hermano dos horas hasta que su negatividad empezó a afectarne or comenzó a fastidiarme

Nagging was getting to me .... Me estaba colmando la paciencia.

Colmar la paciencia or afectar is what I would use.
