¿Sana o Saludable?

Para decir "healthy food" en español, ¿se dice "comida sana" o "comida saludable"?
Ejemplo:
Cada viernes, prefiero comer comida rápida en lugar de comida sana/saludable

Puedes usar cualquiera de las dos. Pero en mi opinion ' comida saludable ' se escucha mejor.Saludos.

the slight difference is lost in tranlastion . some that is healthy as in it promotes health like food would sauable but if you are about something or somoen with has good health, it would sano.

I agree with Margarita. I would use "saludable" for healthful food.
