¿Quién va a ser el jefe de Delia? (Esteban) será esteban el jefe de Delia (incorrect. el jefe de Delia is correct but I am missing two words after Delia and I can't figure out if I am missing words before el)
¿Dentro de cuánto va a salir Juan? (una hora) va saldre Juan una hora. (incorrect. una hora is correct but before it I tired "va a saldre Juan una hora" and it is wrong)
¿Quiénes van a estar en la fiesta del viernes? (muchos amigos) Muchos amigos estarán en la fiesta del viernes (correct)

¿Quién va a ser el jefe de Delia? (Esteban) --> Esteban será el jefe de Delia [Putting the name of the guy before the verb should make it correct]
¿Dentro de cuánto va a salir Juan? (una hora) --> Juan saldrá dentro de una hora [Again, put the name before the verb, also your conjugation was incorrect, saldré is the "yo" form (check out the conjugationshere), and "va" is from "ir", which is "to go", and is also used for the simple (immediate?) future i.e. Voy a salir dentro de... Also, you left out the "dentro de", which was part of the question and therefore should be included in the answer]

Esteban Delia será el jefe de &
Juan saldrá dentro de una hora
Is that correct now?

You have been corrected incorrectly here. This can be said, ie: (as you said) "Será Esteban el jefe de Delia" ..... "Esteban será el jefe de Delia" ..... "El jefe de Delia será Esteban."
