Ser y Estar en el Pasado
Could someone explain how to decide preterit or imperfect for ser and estar?
My teacher said that ser is for description, occupation, nationality, time and date, and possession. And that estar is for position, location, action (present progressive), condition, and emotion. When would you use preterit and when would you use imperfect for those??
Thank you so much!
