It depends on what you are trying to say, obviously, but vayase is the formal imperative form of "Go away!". I understand francobollo's comments on accenting but does váyase actually have a meaning? "Get lost!" is different - its "pierdase" isn't it?

"Vayase" is incorrect under any context, and is wrong no matter how anybody uses it. The correct for is always "váyase," and no other way. - D2993, May 30, 2017

Váyase means You (usted) get out of here! or get lost. Piérdase, although a bit too literal, can also be used to convey "Get lost".

Váyase is a esdrújula word (stress is on the 2nd to last syllable). All esdrújula words are accented.
