¡Entrégamelo!…comes from the verb “entregar – to deliver, hand over."

¡ Entrégamelo ! – Hand it to me! The ‘ lo’ is a direct object pronoun which represent “it”.

Whenever a direct object pronoun is used in a possitive command, it is attached to the imperative conjugated command.

An accent is applied to the vowel within the word which normally is stressed, so as to sanctify the pronunciation of the original word.

When removing the “ lo “ the stress of “ entrega “ would fall on the next to last syllable.

¡Entrega las cajas a la fábrica! (Deliver the boxes to the factory). “Entrega “(stress on next to last syllable..i.e. the “e”)

¡Entrégalas a la fábrica! (Deliver them to the factory ) “Stress mark” is assigned to protect the “e” sanctity

¡Entrégaselas! (Deliver them to them! ) “Stress mark is assigned to protect the “e” sanctity.

Without the direct object pronoun the verb would be Entrégame. But saying that alone changes the meaning. You would be saying something like "Hand me over" to the authorities.

Normally, entregarse requires either a noun following it or a direct object pronoun. So, entrégamelo, entrégamela, entrégamelos, entrégamelas are possible combinations.
