How do Mexican people say the phrase "It is his/her loss" as in he or she is the person that is actually losing out on a relationship breakup?

Él se lo pierde / Ella se lo pierde.

Peor para él / Peor para ella.

Without the actual English sentence to translate, this could be answered in several ways. My attempts:

The SD dictionary under "lose out" might be helpful.

¿Nunca has estado enamorada? ¿No piensas que te has perdido algo?
You've never been in love? Don't you think you've lost out on something?

She lost out on her relationship with him.
Él/Ella perdió en su relación con ella/él.
