Hi Vanessa3, I am in the same situation, trying to find out where to buy these stamps. Did you find out?
www.sellosycomprobantes.com would not be able to help you with just one stamp, or even a couple. Indeed, here is a reply that I received from that site.
"** Nuestro sistema está diseñado no como punto de venta , sino que es para instalar el sistema en bancos, coop, bufetes los cuales tienen un alto volumen de impresión de sellos.. **
If this is from Puerto Rico, they are called "internal revenue stamps" on their official forms in English. They look like postage stamps and are affixed to documents requiring them as a form of tax. They are usually called "documentary stamps" or "revenue stamps." Don't call them "seals". In some Spanish-speaking countries they are also called "timbres" or "pólizas".

Eddy, James, Mogor, Penni-thanks for your reply. I kind of knew that it was an internal revenue stamp of sorts, but now the question is "como hago para conseguirlo'" LOL! It keeps getting better!!
Un sello de rentas internas "Internal revenue stamp" es una especie de impuesto que hay en varios paises. Hay sellos de diferente valor. Son obligatorios para realizar muchas gestiones civiles, notariales, etc...
seal of internal revenue
sello de rentas internas = internal revenue stamp
Sello is a stamp, Renta is income or rent, interna is internal. Don't quite know how they fit together though.
