Another extra "que"?

"Fábregas ha dicho que siempre sale a jugar 'con una sonrisa' y que disfruta mucho cada que vez que salta al terreno de juego..."

Why "cada que vez"? Is that a typo?

Cada vez que means each time that or whenever he goes out in the field. Perfectly said in Spanish. Please check if the word order is what you wrote. If it is, then this is clear case of word dyslexia or a repeated word.
