Which school do you go to?
what do you say for 'Which school do you go to?''

You can say, for example, "¿A qué escuela asiste usted?" (formal; you can always use the tú form).
In English, it's okay to end some sentences with prepositions (known as hanging or stranded prepositions). However, in Spanish, it is gramatically incorrect to do so. Instead, the prepostion has to be moved to the beginning of the clause, which is why 'a' is placed in front of 'qué' in the question.
So the direct translation then becomes, 'to which school do you go/attend?'
