can you tell me which words that we should use the original form after it? for example, gustar

You're right--the infinitive form of a verb is used after "gustar."
¿Te gusta nadar? (Do you like to swim?)
Me gusta leer. (I like to read)
Le gusta jugar al fútbol. (He likes to play soccer)

If there are two verbs in a sentence the second verb is usually left unconjugated i.e. in its original form....... E.g. Voy a enseñar. Ir is conjugated enseñar is not.
