What is the difference between the usage of muchos muchas mucho and muche with the usage of muy? It is general knowledge that we use muy for adverb or adjective and others for a noun. But which will we refer while doing so? For ex. The sentence Es ------- divertido bailar. What will come in the blank , mucho or muy and why?

Very simply:

Muy - Very

Mucho - Much/ Many

I believe that it is "Es muy divertido balirar, because muy is an adverb, and is used to describe adjectives and verbs, it is generally translated as "very". Mucho, and its variations, on the other hand, generally mean "much", and "It's much fun to dance" isn't very good English.
