Hi and welcome to the forum.
Using the verb "ser" in your question means "How are you all?" as in your height, weight, race, personality, etc.
To say "How are you all?" as in your mood, you condition, health, etc., you would use the verb "estar." Specifically, "¿Cómo están ustedes?"
