"No puedo decir nada pero es cuestion de hablar"

I'm trying to translate a sentence, but I'm not sure I understand it completely.....the sentence is;

"No puedo decir nada pero es cuestion de hablar"

Does this mean; "I cannot say nothing, but it's a question of talking" ??

Spanish uses double negatives. These are not considered "good" English, but in Spanish it is perfectly acceptable and even required in the sentence you give: No puedo decir nada which means I can't say anything in proper English. As francobollo said it means:

I can't say anything but it just a matter (one can see the English cognate "question" being related to "matter" in this context) of talking (we use the gerund in English where Spanish has the infinitive).

I don't know how this relates to whatever else was around it, but apparently "saying something" gives information whereas "talking" doesn't.
