Find a word related to "occasionally"

O C C A S I O N A L L Y

The idea is to find an English word (synonym –- antonym -- phrase or idiom ) related to the word O C C A S I O N A L L Y (adverb)

and then

write a simple sentence in English and Spanish for that word.( not O C C A S I O N A L L Y )

Example:

Occasionally he pays me a visit.

Me visita de vez en cuando.

Pictures would be nice.

Mariana has kindly agreed to be the “official” corrector of the Spanish.
