Some English teachers, depending on how traditional they are, will cry foul on ¨He´s got¨ and instead insist that it should simply be ¨He has¨ Just FYI.
In Q3B, b, you should probably have a word after demonstrative (i.e. demonstrative WHAT) (or maybe I´m understanding that wrong, or not making a good assumption.
