Usage of "Con permiso", "Perdón" and "Disculpe"

What is the difference between these 3 words.Are they equal in meanings? or they have different usage?

My current Spanish teacher told me that Perdón and Disculpe are interchangeable and they're more used for trying to get someone's attention, but that Con permiso isn't interchangeable with the other two. You'd say con permiso when you're trying to get by someone.

Con permiso --> Excuse-me, pardon me, used especially if you need to get through or if you walk into someone's office or room unexpectedly.

Perdón - can also mean excuse me or pardon me. But it can also mean forgive me or I am sorry if you make a mistake and want to rectify it.

Disculpe means more "sorry to bother you/pardon me for intruding."

As you can see, these are very similar words and can be used interchangeably (at least perdón and disculpe in most contexts). I just wanted to offer you some subtle differences in meaning they have in Spanish.
