Juju? chicken?

Hi,
My friend told me that 'juju' meant chicken in Spanish, is this correct or is she pulling my leg? I can't find it on any webpages!

Never heard the word used in Spanish.
In English we usually say "It's bad juju" or "It's good juju" to mean bad or good luck.
