"Time", as in a Race?

What word would one use to describe a "time" as in "my time in a race"? The SpanishDict definition of "tiempo" does not include it in this sense, nor does the entry for "time"...

Hi! I was trying to research the answer to your question. Did you mean 'time' in this sense?

time as in the period of time one covered during a race (competition, session)?

If yes, I think the spanish word plazo would cover it.

Other related words are below (different meanings)

prueba contrarreloj- time trial like in sports

Se ha cumplido el plazo - time is up

Hope this helps!
