¿Cómo estás? = How are you, you don't need to say tú as that is built into the verb "estás" can only apply to the second person in a familiar form of speaking e.g. not usted, well in answer to your question, well it wasn't a question really as there were no question marks but assuming that it was a question my reply is: Estoy bien gracias, y tú ¿Cómo estás? I am fine thank you, how are you?
