"Comando" is not used in this situation as it is in English. It´s for military and terrorist related activities.
As Francobollo has suggested, "órdenes" is an option, but we usually say "A sus órdenes," or "Estoy a sus órdenes" and because these expressions are rather formal, "usted" form is normally used.
Other options are "Su/tu servidor" and "Soy su/tu servidor."

I am still learning, but I think this needs the tu form and the subjunctive.
My attempt:
Tu deseo deseas es esté mi comando.
You can also use: Su deseo desea es esté mi comando.
In English: Your wish is my command.
