I'll do my best. Take into account that I am not a native speaker.
Of course, "de nada" is You're welcome (more literally, "It was (of?) nothing")
I think "por nada" is used to mostly to say "for nothing (in the world)" or "for no reason."
- ej. I wouldn't do that for anything in world - No haría eso por nada.
- ej. From the dictionary: Por nada se echa a llorar - "She's always crying over nothing/for no reason."
I did, however, see some uses similar to "de nada".
Regarding "pues nada", I believe that is more like a filler, comparable to "well..."
- ej. From dictionary: Pues nada, me voy - Well I'm off then;
De nada >> You are welcome >> De nada , ya me lo pagarás luego Por nada>>For nothing >>> No me haría un tatuaje por nada del mundo Pues nada >> So...(send-off) >>> Pues nada , ya nos veremos mañana
I have never heard "pues nada" used to mean "you're welcome, but I do hear "de nada" and "por nada". As far as I know "de nada" is used pretty much universally throughout Spanish speaking countries. The use of "por nada" is very regional. I know some people from certain parts of Mexico that respond to "gracias" with "por nada", but a lot of Mexicans I know as well as Spanish speakers from other countries find this use a little odd.
