What does "3-15" mean?
I've seen it as comments under pictures... example: "ahí estas 3-15". I tried to google it but either I'm not talented enough to google anymore or it is well hidden in the dictionaries. I thought it meant something like drunk or high, but I'm not sure.

Nos ha dicho que “ahí estás” está seguido por los numeros “3-15”. Es como los numeros le han dado a la expresión una significación especial
Hay muchas compañías y personas privadas que les gusta dejar logotipos… los cuales se identifican de dónde ha venido el material.
Siempre hay la posibilidad que sea un modismo. Hay más de ciento mil modismos usados en países donde hay gente hispanohablante.

It is probably that it is a logotype or an idiomatic expression.
We have been told that "there you are" is followed by the numbers "3-15". It's like the numbers have given the expression a special significance.
There are many companies and private persons that they like leaving logotypes … which(who) identify from where the material has come.
There is always the possibility that is an idiom. There are more than one hundred thousand idioms used in countries where there are Spanish-speaking people.
La verdad es que ha de ser una expresión idiomática de una zona en concreto , porque yo soy Español y no la entiendo (de todas formas lo correcto ha de ser "Ahí estás"
