Estoy harto/a = I'm full or satisfied

Not really. "Estoy harto" means that I'm fed up with someone/something.

I'm full or satisfied can be "Estoy lleno/a" or "Estoy satisfecho/a."

Yes, "estoy harto" has negative connotations. - 00e657d4, Aug 24, 2012

Not nearly as literal, no me cabe nada más, just a way of saying that you are full, can't eat another thing, there's no more room.

You could say:

Estoy harto/a.

I'm full or satisfied

No puedo (comer) más.

I can not eat any more.

Ya no tengo hambre.

I'm not hungry anymore.

In Baja using "estoy harto" means you are fed up with something. The normal response for "I'm full" is "estoy lleno".
