Es la una, es la una y diez, es la una y cuarto, es la una y media, es son las dos menos veinticinco, es son las dos menos cuarto, es son las dos menos diez es son las dos en punto. It is one o'clock, it is ten past one, it is quarter past one, it is half past one, it is twenty five to two, it is quarter to two , it is ten to two, it is two o'clock on the dot or exactly. Please note that one is singular so it is la una after that all the numbers being plural it is son las meaning they are, so to recap, after the hour until half past you say the hour + y + the minutes and after half past you say the following hour + menos + the minutes.
