I am translating a document for work and I want to say "Sign and date here:" I know how to say sign. (Firmar, or Firme) But how or what is the verb form for "to date?"

Thanks!

Spanish has a simple way to deal with that:

"Sign and date here" = "Recibido:"; a more literal way to put it would be "firma y fecha:"
